This morning was a busy morning

Quincy, Zach, Brooke, and Anna G went down to the ponds with Collin and Holly and weed whacked and mowed.

Kallie push mowed Amelie and Michelle weed whipped along the fence!

Jordan Gibby and Jon were cutting trees and hand splitting the logs

Glenn, Mike, Elyssa, Kara, Solomon and Noah fixed the fence

Shinney is on kitchen detail

Shelly, Anna O, Taylor, Whitney, Eli, and Sasha. Worked up by Mike and Lori's house splitting and stacking wood

Good Morning!

Got up early with some great guys for a time of Devotion and watching the sunrise. God however had other plans for us as instead we watched the fog roll in and ingulf us.  It was still a great experience on the top of the mountain digging into God's word. Listening to the sounds if nature and the voice of Matt singing praise and worship by the cross.

Our prayer for today is safety while we work and servant hearts.  I will try to have a student update at lunch

God Bless

Oh Lord our Lord how majestic is your name

We had a great night of praise and worship.  I took time to remind the kids to take time each day and reflect on the majesty of Gods creation.  We all have such busy lives and often miss the amazing creation that God made for US! As we work this week it is my prayer to enjoy our time at the top of this mountain  in all that he has made for us. Tonight prayers for good sleep and rest to get us ready for a good day of work. Many will be rising early to take in the sunrise so watch for a blog with pics in the am. Until then sleep sweet and God bless

The Girls Cabin

Arrived!

We got here safely and now Mikes granddaughter Morgan is teaching us sign language!

Amelie, Anna, and Brooke

And Lucky came to welcome us

Lunch. Similar to brunch, but later.

So we are here in Hebron Kentucky. Eating lunch! Some of us had subway and the rest booger king. Subway was right next to speedway so 99 cent slushies for all! Unless they chose not to buy one. With a side of steak flavored potato chips thanks to the hospitable kentuckians. Mwuaaah.

First Blog(:

Hey! This is Kara, Michelle, and Gibby! We just took off from Corinth and we're on our way to Kentucky. Us three are currently rocking the back seat! We are very excited to see what God has in store for us this week. (:

Less than 48 hours

In less than 48 hours we will be on our way to Kentucky to serve at Christ Outreach for the Blind.  I believe that God is going to do amazing things in and though the members of this team.  I can't wait to serve along side of them. Please pray for safety in travel for us on Sunday. Pray for all of us who are packing today and tomorrow. Help us to remember to pack love, helpfulness, joy and patience.

God's blessings to you all
